Client Stories: Ross

Laura Brissett has worked with Ross and his family as his support coordinator for over six years. Rosco, as he is affectionately known, enjoys working with a number of our support staff who each offer him different activities and who provide Ross with very different experiences.

Ross resides in Supported Independent Living and the Hart Feldt team work closely with the house to ensure that Ross's physical and social needs are met. Our staff supports Rosco not only with associated medical and allied health appointments, but with grooming and personal supports as well. Our staff are observant and know and understand Ross and ensure communication between the house, his family and support coordination is paramount. 

Of course, Hart Feldt support workers enjoy the social aspects of Rosco's diverse interests as well! Ross loves the beach, Aussie bands, going for coastal walks and drives, the movies and celebrating. Any occasion is one for Rosco to raise a glass and say 'Cheers, legend'.
